Home Canning

After canning 9 more pints of salsa on Friday night and 15 more pints of salsa, sauce, and jams today, I’m recovering with yoga.  The following sequence rights the wrists (chopping, mashing, tightening lids),  softens the shoulders and neck (lifting heavy pots, scrubbing said pots), gently eases the low back and hips (standing for hours on hard surfaces), and unwinds the core (hunching over the counter and sink).
