And I can totally relate to #1; as an introvert who married an introvert, we have struggled with this one for years.
I can relate to 1-3 all too well, and unfortunately, I often forget that simply surviving or tolerating things is not thriving or making progress. Some days it’s all I can do to survive the anxiety or whatever it is, but other days I just tolerate it when I could be moving forward. Great reminder
