Yoga for Strength, Stretch, and Stability

Who: Intermediate to advanced fitness level
When: Mondays & Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:00pm
Where: Snap Fitness, 3257 South Service Drive, Red Wing, MN 55066

Awaken your body, expand your mind! Tantric philosophies of expansion, freedom, and un-limitlessness will be weaved into a physical yoga practice that will nurture all aspects of your being.
