Go With the Flow Yoga

This type of vinyasa yoga emphasizes stretching, balancing, lengthening, and loosening the physical self as well as the psyche. Incorporating fundamental yoga postures and the traditional vinyasa principle of breath movement, we’ll focus on the present moment and flow through a variety of postures to bring peace, release tension, and feel wonderful.

This class is perfect for students with physical challenges that find it difficult to get n and off the floor as required for a traditional yoga class. Exercises explore and enhance a greater range of movement while protecting the back and joints by easing carefully into yoga postures with chair support.
